Dress Constructed by Athene Wright
Bill Brewer designed this costume for Playmaker’s Repertory Theater’s 2016 production of Stephen Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd directed by Jen Wineman. This Costume was draped by Erin Abbenante.
The bodice is raw silk flat lined in cotton backed satin lightly boned and worn over a corset. The skirt is made from custom printed fabric cut on the bias to allow for stripe matching.
